Delivery
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?

Which countries do you deliver to?

Can I choose a different delivery address?
When placing your order, it is possible to choose a delivery address other than the billing address. Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Is it necessary to change the delivery address after completing the order? Then please contact us as soon as possible. When can I expect my order?
- "An order with lengths shorter than 2500mm¹ and a weight under 25 kg will be delivered with Parcel service. You can expect these within 3 days, after the shipping date.
- Orders that are longer than 2500mm¹ or weigh more than 25 kilograms will be shipped with longitudinal transport. You can expect these within 5 days of the shipping date. This applies to the Netherlands, outside the Netherlands it normally takes longer."
How many products do you have in stock?
In our webshop, you can see how much of this product is in stock per product category and length. This stock is continuously updated and is therefore always current. Ordering more than our stock? No problem, of course. Delivery times may be slightly longer than normal.

How can I track my order?
- As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a message. For Parcel post shipment, you will receive a track & trace code that allows you to track your order. For length transport (more than 2,500 m1 or more than 25 kg) there is no track & trace option with our carrier. If it takes longer than expected, please contact our customer service. - Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a message. An order with lengths shorter than 2500mm¹ and a weight under 25 kg can be expected within 3 working days after the shipping date (in the Netherlands).
- Orders longer than 2500mm¹ or heavier than 25 kilograms will be sent by longitudinal transport. Y ou can expect these within 5 days of the dispatch date (in the Netherlands).
Can I pick up my order?
- All Pulld profiles are produced in, and shipped from, our production facility in Dronten. It is also possible to pick up your order. . My order has not arrived, what should I do?

What is a thick-walled tube?
- A thick-walled tube, is a tube with a wall diameter starting at 1.5 mm. Due to their rigidity, these tubes are very suitable for using strenght combined with light weight.

- A thin-walled tube, is a tube with a wall diameter of up to 1.5 mm. Due to their light weight, these tubes are very suitable for moving parts.
How do I know if the composite profile also fits my product?

Can I test a product?

Can I also order my products customised?
- When choosing a profile, you can have it cut into pieces. This allows profiles to be ordered in any length. If you wish to have lengths shorter than 50 cm cut, you should contact our customer service department as this may result in additional costs. Where do the raw materials come from?
- Almost all of our raw materials come from Europe.
How is the product manufactured?
- All our profiles are produced at our facility in Dronten. Are you curious about the production process?

When will my product be back in stock?
- If an item is not sufficiently in stock and the time of the delivery time indication cannot be met, we will always contact you.
What is the difference between carbon and fibreglass?
- Carbon and fibreglass both have their own characteristics. For instance, fibreglass has an insulating effect and carbon is lighter but conductive. Costs
Do you work with quantity or other discounts?
Orders over € 2.000 in value are eligible for a discount. To discuss this, we ask that you contact us by phone or at sales@princefibre.com.
What are the delivery or transport costs?
Transport costs vary depending on the products in your order and the destination country.
Do your orders only contain profiles of up to 2.5 metres? And does the total weight remain under 30 kg?
Then we ship your order with UPS and you pay the rates applicable there.
Do your orders contain profiles longer than 2.5 metres?
Then we will ship your products with Rhenus. The specific rates here depend on the total weight, increasing in categories per 100 kg, and the country of destination.
What is the price of my product?
You will find the price of your product per metre in the webshop. We also charge additional transport costs, which depend on the profiles in your order and on the country of destination.
Order
I did not receive a confirmation of my order?
- Upon a successful order, you will receive a message about your order. If you have not received it, please contact us by calling +31 321-316425 or e-mail sales@princefibre.com.
How do I know I am ordering safely?
- "Placing orders is done on the live Pulld webshop. You will recognise this by the URL pulld.shop. We will never send you a link asking you to transfer money.
- Did you choose payment by invoice in the ordering process? Then you will receive this invoice by e-mail. We ask you to pay this invoice yourself within 14 days of placing your order.
- Have you received a suspicious e-mail, such as a message with a link and a request to transfer money? Please forward this mail to us and contact us.
Was my payment/order successful?
- "If you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
- We will send the confirmation to you by e-mail. Have you placed an order via your account? Then you can also see your confirmation in the customer portal.

How can I pay?
It is possible to pay for your order in several ways. You can pay:
- By invoice. You pay this invoice prior to sending your order.
- Via iDEAL. You complete this payment method during the ordering process.

How long is the warranty on my order?
- You may expect all Pulld products to meet the usual requirements, and standards that can be set for them, and to be free of constructive defects. This guarantee is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
I have an account, can I pay on credit?
It is possible to pay on credit if you have a business account.
How do I set up a business account?
- If you wish to order for your business and pay by invoice, please create an account and provide your company's VAT number. Is this not possible? Please send an e-mail to sales@princefibre.com. We will be happy to help you.
