1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how Pulld processes the personal data of its Users in a general sense.
1.2. Personal data processed by Pulld include:

– Phone number
– And other personal data provided in writing by the User to Pulld

2. Collection and use of personal data

2.1. Pulld collects personal data from a User when the User submits such personal data to Pulld through the Website, such as by contacting Pulld or by the User signing up for the newsletter.
2.2. Pulld uses this personal data for the purpose for which the User provided the personal data to Pulld. This may be for the performance of a contract to which data subject is a party.

2.3. In addition, Pulld may use the personal information to notify its Users of Pulld services that may be of interest to that User. If the User objects, he or she may unsubscribe via the opt-out option in the newsletter or contact Pulld.

3.1. In some cases, Pulld explicitly requests permission to use certain personal data. 5.1 This website may contain links to third-party websites, for example in the form of a hyperlink, banner or button. Pulld is not responsible for these third parties’ compliance with privacy laws.

6. Amendment/deletion of personal data.

6.1. The User has the right to access, correct, supplement, delete, move and block his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and, as of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation

6.3. Pulld will endeavor to respond within 4 weeks to a User’s request to review, correct, supplement, delete, move and block personal data relating to the User. There may be costs associated with this for User. Before complying with a request referred to in this article, Pulld e will inform the user of these costs.
6.4 A refusal to comply with the request mentioned in paragraph 1 of this article will be reasoned.
6.5. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to Pulld.

7. Retention period

7.1. Pulld does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed, unless Pulld is required by law to retain personal data longer.

8.1. Pulld has taken legal, technical and organizational measures to secure Users’ personal data against loss or unlawful processing.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy.

9.1. Pulld reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any adjustment will be announced on this page. Pulld therefore advises the User to check this page regularly to see if any changes have been made. The current Privacy Policy was updated on April 1, 2018.

10. Applicable law

10.1 Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Dutch law.

11. Google Analytics

11.1 Pulld uses Google Analytics. The user’s IP address is anonymized and no data is shared with Google until consent is given. The User is informed of these cookies through a cookie banner that is displayed until acceptance.
